1. Visit the Official Website & Read the Instructions

Go to neet.nta.nic.in (or exams.nta.ac.in/NEET). Before clicking ‘Apply’, download and read the official Information Bulletin carefully. It contains all updated rules, image specifications, and eligibility details for NEET UG 2026.

2. New Registration — Create Your Login ID

Click on ‘New Registration’. Enter your full name (as per Class 10 certificate), date of birth, mobile number, and email ID.
