 Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has announced the schedule for IP University B.Arch Counselling second round. The university will conduct document verification for architecture program admissions on August 19, 2025, at its Dwarka campus. Students awaiting IP University B.Arch Counselling results must prepare their documents for offline verification. This second round provides another opportunity for aspiring architects to secure admission through IP University B.Arch Counselling process.

Who Must Attend Document Verification

The university requires the following candidates to attend:

  • List A: Fresh candidates who registered during the second round

  • List B: Previously registered candidates whose documents the university did not verify in the first round

  • List C: Candidates from the final merit list who want to revise their merit position

Candidates who already attended verification in the first round and whose NATA scores and Class 12 marks remain the same do not need to attend.

Verification Schedule & Venue

  • Venue: ‘E’ Block, Seminar Hall, GGSIP University, Dwarka Campus

  • Date: August 19, 2025

  Time Slots:

  • 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: List A candidates (all fresh registrations)

  • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: List B candidates (serial numbers 1–250)

  • 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: List B candidates (serial numbers 251 onwards)

  • 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM: List C candidates (all from the final merit list)

Required Documents

Candidates must bring original documents and photocopies. The university will keep the photocopies after verification.

Mandatory documents:

  • GGSIPU online registration form

  • Class X certificate (for date of birth verification)

  • NATA score card

  • Class 12 or equivalent qualification certificate

  • Reserved category certificates (if applicable)

  • Appendix 1 for defense category candidates (available in the Admission Brochure)

Important Instructions

  • All candidates must appear in person for document verification.

  • If a candidate cannot attend, they may send an authorized representative after obtaining prior approval from the Director Incharge (Academic).

  • Absence will lead to the loss of candidature.

  • Candidates must meet all eligibility requirements in the Admission Brochure 2025–26.

  • “Result awaited” candidates cannot participate in the process.

Merit List Timeline

  • August 20, 2025: Tentative merit list publication

  • August 21, 2025: Grievance submission (offline only, until 4:00 PM at the PRO office)

  • August 22, 2025: Final merit list release

The university will fill only the remaining vacant seats during offline counseling. Candidates should check the university website and the admission portal regularly for updates.
