CUET 2025 Admissions: Offline Application Form for UG & PG Programs at GGSIPU

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi, announced an offline application process for undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programmes on CUET-2025 merit. The university created this special window for candidates who failed to register earlier on the NIC admission portal.

Under Notice No. GGSIPU/DI-Academic/Offline Counselling/CUET/2025-26/1320 (dated 04-09-2025), GGSIPU will accept offline application forms at the Dwarka campus on 10–11 September 2025 (10 AM–4 PM). University officials will publish the merit list on 12 September at www.ipu.ac.in and will conduct counselling on 13–15 September 2025. The admission branch will release the detailed counselling schedule together with the merit list.

GGSIPU is running this step as part of its Special Round of Offline Counselling. Admission staff will allocate any seats left vacant after earlier rounds to candidates who submit Annexure-A, all required enclosures, and a non-refundable ₹2500 demand draft in favour of “Registrar, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.”

Key Rules

  • The university admits only CUET-2025 test-takers in this offline window.

  • Admission staff rejects candidates already enrolled through CUET, CET, SET, or the ongoing Special Round.

  • The university conducts a Special Entrance Test (SET) for B.Ed, B.Ed (Special) and BA(JMC); anyone admitted through SET cannot claim CUET merit seats.

  • Candidates must check the UG/PG Admission Brochure 2025-26 and ensure full eligibility before applying.

GGSIPU stresses that it cannot grant extensions or reschedule the process. It urges aspirants—especially those eyeing B.Ed, BBA, MBA, MCA, and BA(JMC)—to prepare documents promptly and track updates on www.ipu.ac.in and ipu.admissions.nic.in.

By opening this two-day window, GGSIPU offers deserving candidates another fair chance to secure admission on CUET-2025 merit.
