New Delhi, August 22, 2025: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has announced the revised GGSIPU counselling schedule for the Special Round of Offline Counselling to fill vacant seats for the academic session 2025-26.

The counselling covers the following programmes:

• BCA (Code 114)

• B.Ed (Code 122)

• BBA and Allied Programmes including 5-Year BBA–MBA Integrated (Code 125)

• BA JMC (Code 126)

• B.Ed Special Education (Code 159)

Who Can Participate

• Only “Not Admitted” candidates can join the GGSIPU counselling schedule.

• Students already holding a seat in the same programme on August 25, 2025, cannot take part.

• Candidates who withdrew their seats online before this date remain eligible.

• The University will not allow students admitted under the management quota to participate.

Documents Required

Candidates must carry the following during counselling:

• Bank Draft of ₹96,000 towards part academic fee (mandatory, payable to Registrar, GGSIPU, Delhi). Earlier fees from online counselling will be refunded separately.

• Admission Verification Form (Appendix 6) and Preference Sheet (Appendix 11A) from the Admission Brochure 2025-26.

• Four passport-size photographs.

• CET/NLT/CUET Admit Card, Rank Card, and Registration forms.

• Class 10 certificate (DOB proof) and mark sheets of qualifying exams (original and photocopy).

• Physical Fitness Certificate and Conduct/Character Certificate (not older than six months).

Counselling Rules

• The University will allot seats on an All India basis in order of NLT/CET merit, followed by CUET merit.

• Candidates must attend the counselling venue in person, except in medical emergencies.

• Admissions will follow merit and programme-specific cutoffs.

• Once allotted, students cannot change their college.

• Each candidate must ensure they meet eligibility requirements before participating.

The GGSIPU counselling schedule runs from August 27, 2025 to September 8, 2025 across different programmes.

• BBA/Integrated BBA–MBA: D Block, GGSIPU Dwarka Campus

• BCA: E Block, GGSIPU Dwarka Campus

• BA (JMC): C Block Seminar Hall, GGSIPU

• B.Ed & B.Ed Special Education: Main Auditorium Seminar Hall, GGSIPU

The University will publish the CUET merit list for these programmes on August 25, 2025 at www.ipu.ac.in and ipu.admissions.nic.in.

Important Note for Students

Every candidate must bring the mandatory Demand Draft of ₹96,000 to confirm admission. Without it, the University will not process admission under the GGSIPU counselling schedule.
