New Delhi, August 22, 2025 — Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has released the schedule for the extended second round of offline counselling for the Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) program (CET Code 133). The counselling will take place on August 25 and 26, 2025 at the university’s Dwarka campus.
Key Details of Counselling
Dates: August 25–26, 2025
Venue: GGSIPU Campus, Sector 16C, Dwarka, New Delhi
Eligibility: CET 2025 qualified candidates who meet the prescribed academic criteria.
Fee: Candidates must bring a demand draft of ₹96,000 in favor of Registrar, GGSIPU, payable at New Delhi. They must also write their name, CET rank, roll number, and contact details on the back of the draft.
The university will allot seats strictly on the basis of CET 2025 merit, candidate’s region (Delhi/Outside Delhi), and applicable reservation categories.

Candidates must bring the following for verification:
Four passport-size photographs
CET 2025 rank card
Class 10 certificate (date of birth proof) – original and photocopy
Class 12 marksheet – original and photocopy
Medical fitness certificate (Appendix 5 format)
Admission verification form (Appendix 6)
Preference sheet – original
Reserved category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD/Defence) if applicable
Character certificate (not older than six months)
Additional documents for distance/open learning cases
Candidates with a compartment in their qualifying exam are not eligible. Those awaiting results can seek provisional admission only if their delay is due to pending results, not failed attempts.

11:30 AM: Delhi SC candidates (Rank 501 onwards)
2:00 PM: Defence category candidates (priority wise)

12:00 PM: Delhi OBC candidates
2:00 PM: EWS candidates (Delhi & Outside Delhi)

The seat matrix will be announced at the counselling venue.
Open House Counselling
If seats remain vacant after this round, the university will conduct open house/spot counselling. Seats will then be offered to CET-qualified candidates in order of merit, regardless of region or category. A transfer fee of ₹5,000 will apply for students shifting from an already allotted seat.
Refund Policy
Students who withdraw after admission must follow the UGC-notified refund policy. Refunds will be processed only after all rounds of counselling conclude.
