Management keeps strict control over hygiene and the quality of food served. Adequate security arrangements have been made to ensure the student’s safety. Hostels are closely monitored by a residential warden. Each room accommodates three students. Furniture, Mattresses, and curtains are provided. There are fully equipped common rooms in each hostel for the leisure time of students.

The College libraries are well-equipped and updated with the latest books. We have more than 80000 books reserved especially for our engineering students. Students can use these facilities at any time of the day. After the commencement of the classes, students have to apply for Library cards to access these books. Dwelling on new digital initiatives, the Central Library Resource Centre caters to the academic interests of the student and faculty community at Vyas Institutes.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars. VIHE has its mini theatre, where students groom their interpersonal skills through seminars, conferences, workshops, and cultural activities. Hoteliers can watch movies every weekend.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure for the students. 300+ PCs with the latest configuration and high-speed servers.

The College cafeteria is one of the favorite hangouts of students Mini-theater campus. It serves a variety of sweets, snacks, beverages, cool drinks, soups, and so on and so forth. It is a place where one gets refreshed as well as gets refreshments! Students and staff can get healthy and nutritious food in the college canteen. High levels of hygienic nutrition food are made possible through facilities like steam cooking, cold storage, etc, in the kitchen.

The college provides a transport facility to its students through a fleet of buses, covering almost all major landmarks in Jodhpur and Pali. The College runs 52 buses for this purpose. This Facility is available for all students. However, students are required to apply for the same at least 15 days before the start of a session. Students can board a bus after showing the bus pass to the bus driver, which will be issued to him/her in advance after the payment of the transportation fee.

The College Students are trained in various sports and games by well-experienced and qualified Instructors. The college playground is always bubbling with outdoor activities like Cricket, Football, Tug of War, etc. There are courts for volleyball and basketball, too. Besides the indoor game facilities available in the student hostels, there stands a beautiful architectural Centre, an Indoor gymnasium, with the latest equipment, etc. The indoor ground provides table tennis and badminton facilities. Every year, inter-college cricket and football tournaments are conducted in the college. The students of the college also participate in various sports and games competitions elsewhere to represent the college.

The college has a department-based laboratory facility for the students.

The College hospital has state-of-the-art technology, with round-the-clock patient care in 100 beds spread over a dozen branches of health care. following Specialty Departments: General Medicine, General Mini-theater, Dental Surgery. The health care center facilities for the students are provided by Vyas Institutes of Higher Education, a multi-facility 24/7 hospital inside the Educational Institution campus, which provides treatment free of cost.

The Motive of the placement cell is to act as a facilitator to arrange campus visits and coordinate the recruitment process of the prospective employers of graduating students of the college.
