The College, Kinhavali established in the academic year 2004-05. Our College is permanently affiliated with the University of Mumbai. And also have a NAAC accredited with a “B” Grade in the year 2016-2017. We offer degree courses in Commerce and B.M.S faculty, Marathi, Hindi, English, Economics, and History for Arts faculty while Chemistry and Computer Science and I.T. for Science faculty.
In our library, 30-35 students sit at a time for reading, and 70-80 students daily visit the library for various purposes. The library is on continuously developing ground. and this year library installed the “E-Granthalaya” Open-source software for library automation. The library also developing the OPAC which will be available with the WEB-OPAC link on the college website. We have many collections of encyclopedias, Dictionaries, World Books, Maps, Journals, Competitive Related Books and Magazines, Old Question papers, Syllabus, Bound Volumes, etc. Now Library has 7357 books, and 921 books under the Book bank scheme, The library gets 450 books as donated by respected persons from the city. Other hand library subscribed the 29 Journals and magazines on different subjects. 46 Bound Volumes of Journals & Magazines, 03 Maps, 36 CDs and DVDs, etc. The library has also subscribed to N-LIST Online Journals consortia (E-Journals and E-Books) for the last few years.
