Vaageswari Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences was started in the year 2007 and is located in Karim Nagar, Telangana. This affiliated college is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and provides the following pharmaceutical courses. Located on a campus of forty acres, this institute now has a total student capacity of 228 and the faculty 32. The objective of Vaageswari Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences is to produce quality human resources with essence to educational excellence with under graduate and post graduate courses in the field of pharmacy. This institute boasts of having well equipped facilities that facilitate learning and has colored glass windows. The established library is of paramount significance of academic learning and has in its collection more than 10,000 books and access to the national and international journals. It also has digital resources with National Digital Library of India (NDL) & Digital Enhanced Library of Nursing and Allied Medicine (DELNET). The computer lab facilities are modern hardware and software quality that is updated now and then to fit the current market. To give practical sessions, Vaageswari Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences has highly equipped AICTE standard labs along with PCI rules and regulation. The campus also has a large central instrumentation room to expose the student’s to current industrial equipment and practices.
Vaageswari Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences has a total of four courses, which include full time undergraduate and post graduate programmes. The institute offers two degree course, B.Pharma of four academic years and lateral entry course of three academic years with an admission capacity of one hundred each. At the postgraduate level, the institute offers two specialised M.Pharma programmes. The maximum of 15 seats has been allowed in both Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Chemistry. All offered courses are daytime, thus, students are guaranteed all round brain training and education. The college has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
- Girls Hostel
The college's Separate hostel facilities are provided for girls on the college campus. The hostels are well maintained with high security, reading rooms, TV hall, internet and wi-fi facilities, dining halls, solar heating system, water purification plant, dailies, etc. The rooms are spacious well lit, well-ventilated, furnished, and well protected by security guards in charge of monitoring round the clock. The hostels are also equipped with indoor games and sports facilities. The food provided to the inmates is hygienic, nutritious, and monitored regularly and the mess is managed by the student representatives. There is an on-call doctor for immediate attention for our students in case of a medical emergency. We give special attention to make your stay comfortable secure and make you feel at home.

The college has an extensive library of both general and digital forms with a seating capacity of a hundred students with a staff area, reading section, periodical Section, Photocopy Section, etc. The library is equipped with modern infrastructure and computerized with 25 IBM workstations and connected with 1 Mbps Internet facility to access the plethora of online information to students and staff. It houses a collection of more than 10,000 books of renowned National and International with the latest editions. It also subscribes to newspapers/periodicals/magazines for information and to update knowledge. Journals of national and international repute related to pharmacy and its allied areas are also subscribed by the Department of Library Sciences to facilitate research activities. To meet the current scenario of the digitalization process our library is associated with the National Digital Library of India (NDL), DELNET, and Micromedex Drug information software (exclusively for Students). It also collaborates with other Libraries in exchange for books.

The college computer lab is equipped with a powerful backup. The computer lab regularly updates the IT facilities such as hardware, software, and networking as per the requirements.
- Cafeteria
The college canteen has a modern kitchen with the latest appliances to provide Indian and Chinese cuisine. The college is providing a canteen facility to the students as well as the teaching and non-teaching staff of the college. It is capable of catering to the demands of the students and can accommodate 50 persons at a time. It has spacious & properly maintained room as well as kitchen. Generally, the college provides it to any individual on a contract basis after proper official formalities. The College canteen also caters to the functions organized in the college programs like seminars, conferences, and workshops. The kitchen staff takes care to provide the students and staff a nutritious and hygienic food at our campus canteen. A variety of hygienic food and snack items includes South and North Indian Meals, Chinese Foods, Fresh Juices, etc.

The college is provided with a well-furnished, air-conditioned Auditorium with 500 seating capacity to promote the conduct of international, national, and other events such as conferences, workshops, seminars, meetings, placement programs, and cultural events. The auditorium features fixed, traditional, theatre-style seating, a raised stage, adjustable lighting, a sound system, a large screen for video and computer presentations, a vaulted ceiling, a Public address system, a Digital projector, Digital Audio-Visual systems, etc. The auditorium is designed in such a way that they ensure a perfect view of the main stage irrespective of the seating location of the audience which is undoubtedly the crown jewel on campus.

The college is equipped with advanced laboratories and equipment to give the students hands-on training in the field of pharmacy. The college has a sufficient number of labs for B. Pharmacy, and M. Pharmacy training in all the areas of pharmacy. All labs are well furnished and designed to provide the students with abundant working space, with security measures to assist in case of emergencies. The area of the laboratories complies with AICTE standards and the equipment is maintained as per PCI guidelines. Along with regular labs, the college also has a well-furnished central instrumentation room to meet current Industrial needs.
