Chess, India’s ancient strategy game, is also prominently featured at our indoor sports facility. It engages students in an intellectual clash and serves as an arena for strategic gameplay. Beyond just tactics, the game challenges players to anticipate their opponent’s moves and plan several steps ahead to secure victory. The Department of Sports, Recreation & Wellness regularly organizes tournaments where students can showcase their skills in chess.
