Subharti College of Education and Physical Education, Meerut, was established in the year 2008 as a constituent college to prepare future teachers and to train physical education professionals. This is a co-educational campus located at Subhartipuram, NH-58, Delhi-Haridwar Bypass Road, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The college campus is very big, with an area of 250 acres, approved by NCTE. This college has 35 faculty members offering very diversified courses, 15 in number, to its students under 10 different degree programmes and specialising in education and physical education disciplines. Its commitment to the holistic development of a student is, nevertheless, very obvious in the varieties it has so far offered at all levels, from undergraduate to doctoral programmes.

Subharti College of Education and Physical Education has a host of modern facilities to provide an added impetus to the learning processes of its students. The campus provides accommodation for 14 hostels, two of which are constructed for NRI hostels with full-time resident wardens for proper management and care. The health-related campus is served by both medical and dental hospitals with facilities for 24-hour emergency services and ambulances. The centrally air-conditioned library serves as the knowledge hub for more than 25,000 books, 150 international journals, 250 national journals, 400 e-journals, and facilities for audiovisual aids and internet facilities. An Olympic-size open stadium, with facilities for games like football, cricket, hockey, handball, lawn tennis, basketball, and indoors, provides solace to the soul of the sports enthusiasts. The various canteens and cafeterias take care of different tastes in food. The entire campus has high-quality IT infrastructure for modern requirements in learning.
Subharti College of Education and Physical Education spreads a wide spectrum of courses related to that. The institution offers 15 courses: bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programmes. Some prominent courses are B.Ed, B.El.Ed, D.El.Ed, M.Ed, B.P.E.S, B.P.Ed, and M.P.Ed. The intake of students in the college in all its programmes more or less reflects a balance in the numbers, as most of the courses have an intake of 50 each. - Medical/Hospital
The campus has a Medical and a dental hospital with a 24-hour emergency and ambulance service. The students are examined for a basic checkup as soon as they join the college, and later in case, any need arises they are provided with the best of services. Both hospitals are equipped with the latest and most modern equipment required for the best patient care.
- Library
The college library books are a man's best friend all colleges have well-stocked libraries with international and national journals, equipped with audiovisuals. The university has a centrally air-conditioned library with more than 25000 books, 150 international, 250 national, and 400 e-journals. It also has other aids, internet facilities, and subscriptions to various E-Journals. There is a huge projector room, a separate reading room, and a seminar room for the learners. Learning CDs/DVDs and other audio-visual aids are also available for students. To energize the students a small coffee cafe is attached to the library which is in conjugation with the library

University Houses Six Canteens offer Multi-Cuisine Menus ranging from Indian to Continental and Chinese in a Modern and Hygienic ambiance, with one exclusively for Girls. For Snakes, Juices, Beverages, and other Indian and Continental fast foods, there are three Modern Cafeterias on the University Campus.
- Auditorium
The campus with a seating capacity of 2,500 members and is fitted with the latest equipment. It is one of a kind in the whole of north India. Spread over an area of 50 acres, it has been built with international standards and norms. The campus has two other auditoriums with a seating capacity of around 500, each air-cooled and air-conditioned respectively, besides possessing two multi-purpose halls which are used for diverse activities such as seminars, symposia, debates, cultural activities, movie shows/previews/etc. Also, each college has an individual counseling room, seminar room, and auditorium for their Individual events

The college has a branch of Oriental Bank of Commerce that has been set within the premises of the University, which offers all kinds of National and International Banking Facilities, including education loans to students on easy terms if desired.
