There are well-maintained and conditioned buses for commuting students from various places of Dindigul to a college campus. The transport facilities are provided to the students to different routes like Natham, Marambadi, Kannivadi, Kodairoad, Vadamadurai, Nilakkottai, Dindigul Town, etc All safety guidelines of the Tamil Nadu government are being followed including the installation of speed governors to limit the speed for safe travel. A separate maintenance section is appointed to keep the buses in good condition and to take care of routine maintenance.

The College has a library that is a temple of learning, a lighthouse, and a chief agency in the spread of light. The polytechnic library has an open-access library system. The library is being managed efficiently, though with a staff consisting of one Assistant Librarian and an attendant. It provides good service to staff and students alike as also the facilities of Student Aid Books to a large number of students. It has been updated with the latest edition of books, technical & non-technical magazines, journals related to all branches, and daily newspapers in Tamil and English. The students visit the college library daily to gain expertise in their respective fields.

The College has Sports and games play a vital role in student’s life and their professional career. A student’s educational journey does not end with his / her academic achievements alone. Sports and games happen to be an inseparable part of the academic curriculum to promote the sporting spirit of the student community. It is the duty to recognize and tap the hidden talents of young sports players by conducting a variety of sports events. These events enable them to train and achieve more in the sports arena.

At JPC, sports activities are given the utmost importance. We provide ample opportunities for the students to take part in sports activities. Our students regularly participate in Inter Polytechnic Tournaments, Inter-District Tournaments, Association Tournaments, and Invitation Tournaments and bring laurels to the institution and themselves in the future.
