The college polytechnic library has an open-access library system an unusual feature compared to the closed-shelf library system prevalent in other Polytechnics in the Northern Region. The library is being managed efficiently, though with a staff consisting of one Assistant Librarian and attendant. It is providing good service to staff and students alike as also the facilities of Student Aid Books to a large number of students. The current stock level of books in the library is 1977 titles containing 8625 volumes.

The college has a boys’ hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. The college rooms and the mess of each hostel are equipped with modern facilities. Each hostel has a residential warden to ensure the implementation of discipline and an atmosphere that is conducive to learning. The College maintains a fleet of newly purchased busses for the conveyance of the students and staff from the neighboring cities of Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali, Patiala, Ambala, etc. The faculty helps those desiring to commute daily. These buses start off from Chandigarh, Ambala, Mohali, Panchkula, Manimajra, Rajpura, and Patiala to the institute and back. These busses run on a cooperative payment basis.

The college provides a well-furnished Gymnasium hall. The Gym boasts of all the modern and latest exercising machines for both boys and girls. Weight training, cardio training, Yoga, and Aerobics are also taught by trained instructors. The Gym also remains open for practice sessions of Table Tennis Badminton, Basketball, etc. The equipment is checked at regular intervals and is well maintained.

The college has a spacious and hygienic canteen located inside the campus and caters to the taste of all the students and provides breakfast, lunch, and snacks at reasonable rates. The canteen is well maintained with efficient service takeaway counters.

The college polytechnic library has an open-access library system, an unusual feature compared to the closed-shelf library system prevalent in other Polytechnics in the Northern Region. The library is being managed efficiently, though with a staff consisting of one Assistant Librarian and attendant. It is providing good service to staff and students alike as also the facilities of Student Aid Books to a large number of students. The current stock level of books in the library is 1977 titles containing 8625 volumes.
Boys Hostel
The college has a boys’ hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. The college rooms and the mess of each hostel are equipped with modern facilities. Each hostel has a residential warden to ensure the implementation of discipline and an atmosphere that is conducive to learning. Cable TV connection in the common room, Facility for indoor Games, Medical Aid, Telephone Facility, Gymnasium, wi-fi, etc. is provided.

The College maintains a fleet of newly purchased busses for the conveyance of the students and staff from the neighboring cities of Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali, Patiala, Ambala, etc.
