Sree Krishna College of Engineering was founded in 2010 and is counted among the leading engineering colleges of Vellore, Tamil Nadu. This affiliated college, approved by AICTE, gives all the engineering courses at the campus spread over 10.35 acres of land. Sree Krishna College of Engineering has state-of-the-art facilities to support the students’ constructive experience. The college has hostels for both boys and girls on the campus; the wardens are experienced to ensure comfortable environment as at home. The students are provided clean food, clean environment, and round-the-clock electrical power supply. The college also seeks to promote student health through a health centre and free weekly clinic by qualified doctors. It is a storehouse of information readily available to students. Our library has access points for print, audio, and visual materials in numerous formats like CDs and e-journals. The library has a digital library. We are extending help to the students beyond the physical walls of a building, by providing material accessible by electronic means. The library has 8229 books, 30 national journals, and 170 International e-journals. A total of Rs.16 lakhs has contributed to purchasing books and journals. The library has been digitalized for easy access to the students and staff. The library has a sufficient number of PCs and connected high-speed internet connections so that e-journals can be accessed. Furthermore, 7 daily newspapers (both Tamil and English) and many magazines are also available in the library.
