The library is a rich source of knowledge with more than 29,000 books and journals pertaining to diversified subjects. Laboratories in food & nutrition, chemistry, microbiology, physiology, and physics are well-equipped to support practical learning. Similarly, the college has a 400-seat auditorium for cultural programmes and seminars, and it also has a virtual classroom sponsored by the Government of West Bengal to facilitate interactive learning experiences. IT Infrastructure The computer laboratories of the institution are equipped with Internet access, and a cyber lounge is available in the central library. Other facilities include healthcare, a canteen, a gymnasium, a sports facility, and Wi-Fi connectivity within the campus.

I have studied there they didn’t have the proper infrastructure. There no smart boards. Or good wifi connection system. There canteen is expensive and the quality of food is not good . Campus is small.

    The college has a rich collection of national /international books and journals in the field of Commerce, Arts and Science on different subjects including reference books. The subjects include Bengali, Chemistry, Commerce, Computer, Economics, Education, English, Environment Studies, History, Human Development, Mathematics, Food and Nutrition Science, Physical Education, Sanskrit, Sociology and Statistics as well as reference books. Total collections including textbooks and reference books are 29000 till the academic year 2015-16.     The college has a departmental based laboratories facility for the students. The college has constructed perfectly equipped laboratories for the purpose of teaching the students with the practical bearings on the subjects. We now have seven fully equipped laboratories; viz, Two laboratories for Food and Nutrition, Two for Chemistry, One for Microbiology, One for Physiology and One for Physics

  • Auditorium

    The college has an auditorium that is acoustically built, having a sitting arrangement of 400 people. The Auditorium hall is well-furnished and well-resourced with the equipment of a finely preserved Auditorium hall with a good sound monitoring system with a lot of amplifiers, a Projector, a Computer, etc. Organizing Seminars, Symposia, Workshops or any other cultural programs are hassle-free affairs because of the infrastructure of the hall.

  • I.T Infrastructure

    The college has installed a number of computers in the departments, library and in the computer laboratory to enable the students to keep a tab on the modern Information Technology and to make them computer savvy. This infrastructure also meets the curricular need of practical classes of the students. The computer laboratory also has an internet facility and this render access to the domain of limitless knowledge. Local Area Networking (LAN) system has also been introduced to facilitate an easy access of the knowledge pool from different points at a time. Students are allowed to surf the internet to enrich their knowledge and meet their academic demands in a well-constituted Cyber Lounge situated in Central Library.

    The college has management runs a well-maintained health care center in the college campus. A health check-up for the students is done here. The records of the students' blood group, blood pressure, measurement of weight and height of the students are meticulously kept in the college. The facility for providing first aid to the students and the staff is also maintained in the health care centre.

I have studied there they didn't have the proper infrastructure. There no smart boards. Or good wifi connection system. There canteen is expensive and the quality of food is not good . Campus is small.
