SJVP Polytechnic, Harihar, an affiliated college recognized by the AICTE, now offers diploma courses in some engineering disciplines to aspiring technicians and engineers. The institute has a simplified admission process for candidates on the basis of their merit in the qualifying examinations.

Degree-wise Admission Procedure

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering: This program is designed for 60 seats. It aims to give students a firm foundation on mechanical principles and practices in engineering. Admission here is based on merit as regarded in the qualifying examination.

Diploma in Civil Engineering: The students’ intake is 60 and, thus, covers all aspects of civil engineering. Academic achievement in qualifying examination forms the base of selection.

Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering: This diploma will admit a total of 60 students. Admission into the program is derived from the eligibility criteria coupled with the person’s remarkable qualifications in the qualifying examination.

Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering: This institute provides the opportunity to 60 students in this program. The students are admitted according to their academic performance and eligibility conditions.
