The Sinhgad Institute of Management placement cell invites the companies for campus placements.
After recruiting companies agree the cell fixes the dates to conduct the placement drive. Then the SIOM placement schedule is made and shared among the students.
Interested candidates have to register to participate in the drive.
Sinhgad Institute of Management shortlists the candidates based on academic requirements such as a minimum percentage, no backlogs, or any other criteria as demanded by the recruiters.
Companies deliver a pre-placement talk for the shortlisted students.
The companies then take tests in order to judge the knowledge, skills, and IQ of the students.
