Shri Balaji Polytechnic College, Dausa

Shri Balaji Polytechnic College, an affiliated college in Dausa, Rajasthan, was started in 2014. This AICTE approved technical institution provides scope for the diploma level courses in the different fields of engineering. Formerly known as East Orange West Side High School, this college occupies a 5.11 acre area, as of now, has a total student strength of 418 and is staffed with a faculty of 26 members. Shri Balaji Polytechnic College offers four diploma courses: Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Engineering, that acknowledge students with potentially employable skill & validated accurate human knowledge in their respective domains.

Shri Balaji Polytechnic College avail a number of resources to help improve the student’s learning capabilities. A well-stocked library is an academic resource centre supplying information for studies. To encourage students with physical inclination, there are sporting activity facilities that will enable students to have a balance between exercise and books. The IT support of a college keeps the students of the institution connected and avails digital learning materials to them. Laboratories are important in students growth because technical learning needs practical sessions. An auditorium is a hall for meetings, conferences, and other events providing students with an active social life on campus. The programmes offered in Shri Balaji Polytechnic College are four diploma courses which take three years each but full time. Some of these programmes include Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Construction Engineering, Diploma in Electrical Engineering and Diploma in Electronics Engineering. Intake for each course has been approved to be 60 students meaning that a total of 240 student intakes are offered across all programmes. This specific pattern allows the college to effectively offer quality education in major functional areas of engineering.
