• M.Sc Organic Chemistry: 210 seats are available for this programme; SANPPGI admission will be based on merit. The total fee for the course is Rs 1,00,000.
• M.Sc Microbiology: This programme has 176 seats and is meritoriously open. The course fee is Rs 1,00,000.
• M.Sc. Biotechnology: The course provides 70 seats and follows a merit-based entry system.
• M.Sc Medical Lab Technology: This course grants access to 70 seats and a total fee of Rs 1,00,000. SANPPGI admission is based on how well candidates qualify for the required degree.
• M.Sc Biochemistry: This programme has 70 seats and follows a merit-based admission process.
