About SPCOE Pune
Located in Dumberwadi, Otur, Junnar, Pune, Maharashtra, Sharadchandra Pawar College of Engineering was established in the year 2009. This affiliated college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council. SPCOE has 5 courses across 2 degrees with a total student intake of 366. The faculty strength at the institute is 27. SPCOE deals with engineering streams like Electronics and Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and VLSI and Embedded Systems.
SPCOE has a multitude of facilities enriching the student’s experience at the college. It has different boy’s and girl’s hostels which accommodate 200 students each. All the rooms are well furnished with attached bath arrangements and hot water facility. It has a college library that is a knowledge hub, with a diverse collection of printed and electronic materials in the form of books, journals, and video lectures. There is a big reading hall for a conducive study environment. SPCOE boasts excellent IT infrastructure with 20 Mbps leased line internet connectivity and Wi-Fi across the campus. Laboratories are well-equipped to hold practical learning experiences.
In all, SPCOE offers 5 courses: undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The institute offers 3 full-time Bachelor of Engineering (BE) programmes and 2 full-time Master of Engineering (ME) programmes. All the courses have a total approved intake of 138 students. At the Under Graduate level, the BE Programmes are in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering, each with 30 seats. It offers ME programs in Computer Engineering and VLSI and Embedded Systems for postgraduate studies, with 24 seats each.

- Boys Hostel
The College has a Separate boys' Hostel on Our Campus with a total capacity of 200 students. All rooms are equipped with toilets and a bathroom, and in each room, 2 students are allowed to stay. Hostel Admission is purely on first cum first basis and not on a cast or merit basis. Every student or occupant gets furniture like a cot, one table, and one chair. Arrangements are made to get the Bathroom/Toilet and common facilities cleaned at regular intervals. A hot water facility is also provided for bathing and other purposes.
- Girls Hostel

The library has a very spacious Reading Hall with very good infrastructure, which is quite comfortable and conducive to reading and learning.
