 The College Library is a gateway to a world of information. The staff and students have unlimited access to a wealth of Information found in resources like books, magazines, Journals, statistics, encyclopedias, annual reports, and the Internet. In addition, the library offers spacious seating arrangements and a calm ambiance for learning.

The Library allows access to printed resources such as books, Journals, and Magazines as well as Electronic Journals for the use of faculty and students at SDGS College.  

To train the students to meet the expectations of the industry through our Career Development Program.

To provide exposure to the students about the happenings with various Industries through our Institute- Industry Collaboration. This is to make them understand the dynamic industrial environment and to keep them updated technically.

To provide excellent placement support to our students by inviting eminent recruiters to the Campus to recruit them through our Campus Recruitment Program.

 The full-fledged Placement cell of SDGS College continuously monitors the employment opportunities available in various domains and arranges campus interviews for eligible students both at Under Graduate and Post Graduate levels. As per the NASCOMM guidelines, the campus recruitment program commences after the end of the Pre-Final semester examination. Training and opportunities are provided based on the interests and choices of the students. Once a candidate chooses between applying to IT companies or other Core companies, the right kind of exposure and training will be decided by the Placement Cell. We ensure that our students are proficient with the expectations of the industry. Many of our students have experience working in the R&D sector. We have created an environment that allows the students to balance their academic commitments and co-curricular activities to exceed in both.

      We have the state–of–the–art Placement Cell infrastructure which comprises of Auditorium, GD Panel rooms, Closed Interview Panels, and a Conference Hall. The entire facility is designed keeping in mind to ensure that both students and recruiters have a comfortable recruitment experience

The college has e-classrooms to benefit the students and to improve creative skills of various levels. This classroom has an internet facility and interactive board to provide the latest techniques in communications and to polish organization skills.

We have an Andhra Bank Extension Counter at our Campus. This helps all our Students and Faculty to open a bank account and make transactions safer and faster.

We have a dedicated Internet Leased line of 155 Mbps and a redundancy link of 100 Mbps, connected to all the terminals throughout the Campus. Students and faculty are free to access the internet. This helps the students to prepare papers on the latest technologies to be presented in various symposiums and seminars.

Interested students who are willing to go abroad for further studies can take up tests such as GRE and TOEFL, take up online mock test, and also browse through websites of various universities and centers of higher education around the world. The access speed enables the Students and Staff to download and upload files at a fast rate.

Wi-Fi Facility is also been provided in our hostels as well as in our central library.

Co-curricular activities give the students a chance to think out of their box and get creative ideas of their own with the help of a guide/facilitator. Our objective is to provide our students with a platform to showcase their craft as well as find new talents but also to promote social interaction and awareness among them.

All students are encouraged to participate in sports to ensure the overall development of mind and body. Facilities are provided for Handball, Volleyball, Ball badminton, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Basketball, and Cricket. Track and field events as well as indoor games like Table tennis, Chess, Badminton, and Carroms. A well-equipped Gym is also available on the campus.

The management gives equal importance to physical education along with the course curriculum.

To encourage sports, the management offers fee concessions and awards for outstanding players.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
