Science College, Konkarada, Ganjam

The college has a library that remains open on all working days from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm. Only the staff and students of the college and persons with special permission from the principal may use the library. Every student is required to enroll himself/herself in the library after producing an identity card duly signed by the principal showing their class and roll number. Library cards will be given to the borrowers, and only on production of the card can they borrow. Borrowers must examine the condition of the books issued to them, otherwise, they will be held responsible for damage if discovered later. In such a case, the borrowers shall be liable to a fine or the replacement of the books.

The college has a department-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has sports that are important in college life for both individual students and the institution as a whole. The college has a canteen dedicated to providing students and staff with nutritious and hygienic food. This canteen has convenient hours of operation on working days, from 7.00 am to 5.30 pm. The management is dedicated to maintaining the highest quality of the canteen for the utmost benefit.

The college has an auditorium facility for our institution, equipped with state-of-the-art sound systems and projector equipment conducive to facilitating effective training sessions and lectures. The lecture spaces can accommodate more than 200 participants. 

The college has a health center with a student first aid facility.

The college has a guest house/waiting room facility for visiting faculty and student family members.

The National Service Scheme is an Indian government-sponsored public service programme conducted by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports of the Government of India. Popularly known as NSS, the scheme was launched in Gandhiji’s centenary year in 1969. It is a voluntary association of young people, especially college students, to work for campus-community linkages.

Alumni associations serve the purpose of facilitating the achievement of the parent organization's objectives while also fostering enhanced connections among alumni, the community, and the parent organization. Alumni associations play a vital role in maintaining a strong connection between graduates and their alma mater, benefiting both the alumni and the institution itself.
