Diploma Programs: Sau Shantidevi Chavan Institute of Engineering and Technology Polytechnic has 3-year full-time diploma programs in Engineering with a provision for admitting four students per program. The admission process for these programs is on language criterion from 10th standard or respective entrance test prescribed by MSBTE plus the following diploma programs offered by the institute:

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering: The approved intake is 120 seats. Demand for admission should meet eligibility criteria prescribed by the Institute and MSBTE.
2. Diploma in Civil Engineering: The program has an approved intake of 60 seats, and student admission based on academic merit postings regarding adherence to admission guidelines.
3. Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering: This program has a seat provision of 60 seats and follows the same admission process as with the other diploma programs in the institute.
4. Diploma Computer Engineering: The Computer Engineering diploma program has the same sanctioned intake of 60 candidates. Admission is purely on the academic qualification of the candidate while observing MSBTE norms.
