Saraswathy College of Nursing has many sight friendly amenities that are intended to improve the academic atmosphere for students. A modern library is an important information centre containing large numbers of books, journals, and other digital materials to support education. The library has seating up to 150 students and provides students with different medical databases including Medline and CINHAL. Another expansion that has been made within the college includes computer support for e-learning and research with both a computer laboratory, with twenty-five computers linked to a network. Regarding the hands-on experience, the institution has equipped functional skills laboratories, specialty skills laboratories which include medical surgical, pediatric, and community health skills. These labs are fitted with every necessary apparatus and article to give an actual look at healthcare.

Saraswathy College of Nursing offers option of nursing degrees and certifications. The flagship programme is the four year B.Sc Nursing which has 60 students intake capacity. In addition, the college offers several two years M.Sc Nursing with specialisation in Obstretic and Gynaecology Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing, Medical Surgical Nursing and Paediatric Nursing each having a seat capacity of three students. All these courses are full-time based education which really provides the student with intensive training in their selected fields.
