This affiliated college was established in the year 2011 situated in Gram Adampur, Chhawani, Raisen Road, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. It is recognised by National Council for Teacher Education NCTE and offers teachers education programmes for students on its small campus of .918 acres. SAM College offers overall student intake capacity of 660 students and a faculty of 20 enabling students interested in the career in education to study in a focused environment.

SAM College had a number of amenities meant to improve the college experience and foster learning. The college provides the sporting needs of the sports personnel by offering sporting facilities for sporting activities while the available auditorium could be used for events and seminars. As an important part of any educational establishment, the library contains textbooks, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals and periodicals. In a bid to support practical teaching and learning, the college currently boasts with well equipped science laboratories. That is why the IT infrastructure contains a computer laboratory equipped with modern software and hardware tools that allow students to get training in multimedia, computer networks and IT internetworking. A canteen provides an area whereby students and staff can rest and eat and a health centre increases access to first aid for the college population. It also can also cultivate connections between the past and present students to remain close as alumni of the college.
SAM College, Bhopal currently teaches three full time courses of teacher education for basic, middle and secondary levels. The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme with 100 admission capacity trains students for teachers in the secondary school. For the candidates who want to enhance their area of education, the Master of Education (M.Ed) is offered for 50 seats. Also, college has about 50 Girls’ seat in Diploma in Education (D.Ed) for the students who want to teach at elementary level. These are all two-year full time courses, which give a sound grounding in educational theory and recommended practice.
