The College students are encouraged not only to learn from classes but also to pursue independent research by using resources provided by the library services. While our physical library has collections of books, journals, audio/visual materials, and other library items, its e-library subscribes to commercially available digital libraries which greatly increases the learning resources to its users. For gaining access to other controlled online resources requiring membership or licenses, the college library seeks solutions by directly joining memberships and/or purchasing licenses and also providing handout materials, keeping their students academic and attendance records, and posting assignments and instructions to their students. The teaching assistants may access the system to post homework-related information for individual courses. They also assist the faculty members by searching for useful learning materials or website links and include them in the posted course material for students to use. Faculty members and teaching assistants can also send messages to their students through this online facility. Each current student is assigned a computer account to access the Online Service Center. The system is designed such that the student user can have access to all general information but only his/her own personal data and academic records.

The College cafeteria is a large, spacious area, with a view of greenery all around, and a variety of refreshments and meals available. It tends to be the most popular place on campus, not only for physical refreshment but also for bonding between students, where they gather and connect with peers and teachers. In the college cafeteria, a range of healthy and nutritional meals is served to students in a very relaxed atmosphere. In the college cafeteria, there are food counters, either in line or allowing arbitrary paths. Students take the food that they desire and place it on a tray. In addition, there are often counters where students order food and wait while it is prepared, particularly for items such as Maggi or burgers, which must be served hot and can be immediately prepared.

The College's entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled with a high-speed internet connection (dedicated wide band of RF Link – 10 Mbps & 1 Mbps)to allow the students to access the internet no matter where they are. The coverage of Wi-Fi is not only restricted to classrooms but also extends to all areas including the library, Auditorium, cafeteria, and hostels. All the websites browsed by him/her are regularly observed.

The college Laboratories are essential ingredients for both teaching and research activities. Teaching laboratories offer hands-on experience for both undergraduate and graduate students to work with specialized equipment. Our research laboratories are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and instruments to allow analysis and research in all aspects of civil engineering. We provide a variety of labs ranging from computer labs, electronics labs, electrical labs, and E.I.C. labs to mechanical labs.

The college has a transport facility for students and staff. To facilitate students' safe, time-saving, and convenient modes of transportation, the Phonics Group of Institutions proposes to run its own buses for different routes.

The college is equipped with a well-maintained and well-managed 24×7 ATM facility within its green campus, facilitating the students, faculty, and staff members to perform all the required transactions safely within the reach of a few push of key buttons.

Punjab National Bank and PGI, while collaborating with each other, strategically positioned an ATM by Punjab National Bank near the main gate to focus on basic bank transactions through the ATM before anyone leaves the campus. Since it is located on the campus, it saves our precious time and effort. Bank transactions such as transfer, withdrawal, and enquiry are carried out with ease. It processes our transactions with an added safety because of our security near the ATM machine around the clock.

The college also provides Training and Placement opportunities for all the students.
