The college has is one of the excellent technical libraries in the region. The state-of-the-art library stretches over 1069 square meters and is located in the heart of campus in Admin Block. It provides a high-quality ambiance for both reflective and collaborative work and study. It’s a collection of about 18000+ volumes; 8500+ journals are used by more than 2300 members and others. 

The college laboratories are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and instruments to allow analysis and research in all aspects of civil engineering. The college provides a variety of labs ranging from computer labs, electronics lab, electrical lab, and E.I.C. labs to mechanical labs.

The college has a cafeteria designed to make dining a comfortable and enjoyable experience for students. A favorite spot for any student in any college is always the cafeteria. It is the place where one can drop by in any frame of mind and still have a great time. The Phonics Group of Institution cafeteria serves a variety of cuisines and meals that are healthy and nourishing. All food served in the cafeteria is recommended by a certified dietician who draws up the menu and ensures that the students are getting a balanced diet. All drinking water on the campus is RO-filtered. The cafeteria staff are trained to maintain kitchen hygiene and are always appropriately attired. The college has Computer Center (CC) is the nerve center of the campus-wide network. CC is located on the first floor of the Admin Block and consists of a laboratory for Internet Browsing and provides space for other computing facilities. CC provides system administration and technical support which includes software installation, the configuration of servers and desktops, network monitoring (both wired & wireless) and internet sharing, etc. The computer center is well-equipped with a Web Server, Academia Server, E-Mail Server, Security Wall, Bandwidth Management, and Data Servers to cater to the academic needs of the students, staff, and faculty from all departments.

The college has The playground is part of many students, and sometimes the learning environment on the playground can be just as important as that in the classroom. The College has a well-maintained and well-managed 24×7 ATM facility within its green campus facilitating the students, faculties, and staff members to perform all the required transactions safely within the reach of a few push of key buttons. Punjab National Bank and PGI, while collaborating with each other, strategically positioned an ATM by Punjab National Bank near the main gate to focus basic bank transactions through ATM before anyone leaves the campus. Since it is located inside the campus, it saves precious time and effort. Bank transactions such as transfers, withdrawals, and inquiry are carried out with ease. It processes our transactions with added safety because of our security near the ATM machine round the clock.

The Health Centre functions to provide immediate medicinal and first aid to all students and staff if the situation arises. The Health Centre is well equipped with respect to the availability of basic health-related facilities like a thermometer, sterilizer, autoclave, dressing drum, weight measuring machine, B. P. Apparatus, patient bed, and stretcher, etc.
