Parjang Mahavidyalaya is an affiliated college of the state of Odisha. It runs on a merit basis for admission into undergraduate programmes of arts and sciences.  The process of admission to Parjang Mahavidyalaya is designed to be uncomplicated and easy for every deserving candidate. Parjang Mahavidyalaya Application Process

The application process generally follows the following steps:

Parjang Mahavidyalaya BA (Hons) Admission Process

For BA (Hons), Parjang Mahavidyalaya provides BA (Hons) programmes in six disciplines: Anthropology, Economics, History, Odia, Political Science, and Sanskrit. Parjang Mahavidyalaya admission to these programmes is granted based on merit in the candidates’ 10+2 examinations. The college within different specialisations has different capacities for admission; 24 seats each for Anthropology, History, and Odia, while Economics and Political Science respectively have 16 seats each.

Parjang Mahavidyalaya B.Sc (Hons) Admission Process

The college offers 5 B.Sc (Hons) subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, and Zoology for B.Sc-(Hons). Parjang Mahavidyalaya admission to these programmes is also purely merit-based depending upon the performance of the candidates in their 10+2 science subjects. Physics with 32 seats is the highest followed by 24 each for Chemistry, Mathematics, and Botany, with an unspecified intake for Zoology.
