The second constituent, library, which is the central part of any academic institution, contains over 49, 000 books and offers access to online resources available under INFLIBNET consortium N-List scheme. Studnets are free to access a digital library with internet facilities in additional to the central library and departmental libraries. The college also boast of laboratories which are well equipped to support physical learning activity. For the physical well being of its students NSS College has a facility to play indoor games such as basket ball and carom, it also has many outdoor games facilities such as basketball court, football ground, and volley ball court etc. The campus has Internet facilities whereby the internet is accessible at the computer lab and departments of the staffs and students.

The academic part is also favorable except for the covid time. Most of our classes were online so it was a little difficult to grasp online but still it was manageable. Calicut university has a different curriculum so the difficulty level depends.

- Girls Hostel
The college hostel is built for the safe and secure accommodation of female students of NSS College Ottapalam. Now there are 54 inmates, including 2 teachers. Among these 30 students (15 SC and 15 ST) claim for E grant. 7 PG students, 45 UG students, and 4 staff are also present.
