The college offers Boys have been provided with independent hostels along with all modern amenities and facilities. We offer a separate magnificent hostel for boys on the college campus with a hostel warden in each hostel to supervise day-to-day management. Hostel accommodation is however considered on the basis of both need and availability. The decision of the hostel committee in this matter shall be final and binding on all students. Hostel rules have been framed keeping in mind the local culture and traditions, with a view to guide and help students attain standards of implacable conduct. Therefore, while residents enjoy the maximum freedom, it is ensured that this is always within the framework of standard guidelines and procedures. Several hostel activities are organized during the academic session.

The college's Primary objective of the library is to serve the needs of our Faculty, Research scholars, students, and members of the library. It acts as a center for study and research for the inmates of the college giving way to an integral department of users. The college The library has a large collection of books covering various branches of Diploma

The College To develop competence to undertake research in Physical Education games and sports. To prepare for evolving stage-specific curriculum, pedagogy, and evaluation techniques in Physical Education. To develop an understanding and appreciation of the indigenous approach to Physical Education, exercise, games, and sports.

The college Canteens and cafeterias are one of the important parts of student life where you can find most of the students chatting and gossiping on different topics. It plays a vital role in removing tensions and refreshing students. The college canteen is fairly new and provides enough delicious food at affordable rates. the college has the facility of spacious, clean, and hygienic canteens and cafeterias that cater to the taste of all students.

The College Bus facilities are provided from various destinations to ensure a safe and comfortable journey and time management. Bus facilities to the college premises from Pudukkottai, Aranthangi, Karaikudi, Viralimalai, and Trichy are available. Students are asked to make use of the facility. 

The college has departmental-based laboratories facility for the students.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The college has a National Service Scheme, popularly known as NSS is an extension dimension to the higher education system to orient the student youth to community service while they are studying in educational institutions The NSS Volunteers are trained to understand the community in which they work To understand themselves in relation to their community To identify the needs and problems of the community and involve them in problem-solving process. To develop among themselves a sense of social and civic responsibility To utilize their knowledge in finding practical solutions to individual and community problems To develop the competence required for group living and sharing of responsibilities To gain skills in mobilizing community participation To acquire leadership qualities and democratic attitude and to practice national integration and social harmony.

The college has a Rotaract a Rotary-Sponsored Service Club for young men and women. Our college Rotaract Club has been sponsored by the Rotary Club of Anna Nagar, Chennai. Students enrolled in Rotaract Club are trained to acquire and develop various skills such as Leadership qualities, Professional , and Other desirable skills so that they can confidently confront issues that they are likely to face in their lifetime. The students are involved in service projects: Drug abuse, AIDS, Hunger, Environment, Literacy, Community improvement projects, Cleanup, Tree planting, and Community fairs.

The College has Placement Cell is an interface between the Corporate world and the students of M.S Polytechnic College. It enables the students to make better and more informed career choices. The Placement Cell invites industries to share their knowledge and experience with students through guest lectures, workshops, presentations, and informal get-togethers. The Placement Cell also organizes the placement process including Summer training and Final placements. The Cell manages and facilitates on-campus recruitment processes including pre-placement presentations by potential employers to highlight the issues, expectations, and professional opportunities, unique to the company and industry. Students of M.S Polytechnic College have been placed in Domestic, Global, and Public Sector Firms. The Training and Placement Cell takes care of the Campus Connect Programme.
