Malkangiri College is a co-educational college situated in Malkangiri district of Odisha and was established in 1979. Located on a 13 acre land, this affiliated college provides a wide variety of undergraduate programmes for 946 students. The college is accredited and recognised by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), as it has for its policy, quality education. Situated in Malkangiri town in Odisha, Malkangiri College is staffed by a teaching faculty of 19 talented teachers, to educate and maintain students of Arts and Commerce.

Malkangiri College prides to present a number of facilities that may help improve the general experience of a student. For accommodation, there are separate hostel for boys and girl a boys hostel can contain 100 ST and 100 SC male students within the campus. A new girls hostel that can accommodate 100 students has been under construction and soon will be completed. The college pays attention to this by having a gym and other exercising facilities coupled with sporting equipment. Some of the learning facilities applicable under this category are library, students’ laboratories. The campus has invested in up to date IT facilities in order to facilitate students with advanced techniques of learning. It also has a health centre for the benefit of its community for it is equipped with all first aid facilities necessary for the health of members of the college. In addition, the car parking area is provided for faculties, staffs and students with enough space.
