KSR College of Engineering, Tiruchengode has separate hostels for boys. In the hostel, a team of wardens take care of the students. Some other facilities at the hostel are RO drinking water, uninterrupted power supply, medical facilities, computer facilities with an internet connection, intercom facilities for all the rooms, reading room, spacious rooms, television, telephone facilities, common room, indoor games, gymnasium, dry cleaning facilities etc.

More than 20 systems with high-speed internet access are available for students to refer to and download IEEE-related journals relevant to their project work.

The institution has three sports academies for cricket, badminton, and athletics in order to identify and develop rural students with the potential to excel in sports and game events. Students receive the necessary sports coaching in a variety of games under the supervision of well-experienced coaches. The vast playgrounds of nearly 11 acres are available for various sports activities. Furthermore, in addition to the regular training team, the necessary resources of visiting coaches are arranged to train students based on their needs. The sports facilities available on the campus are athletics track field, cricket field, football field, hockey field, volleyball court, basketball court, tennis court, ball badminton court, kabaddi court etc.

The institution has a structured feedback system for evaluation of teachers. The feedback is well structured and the questionnaire is comprehensively formulated to evaluate the teacher on various aspects such as punctuality, approachability, subject knowledge, innovativeness, communication skills etc. Formal feedback is taken at the end of each semester and also from the alumni at alumni meets. The feedback is consolidated and analyzed in terms of the strengths and weaknesses of the teacher. The Lakshmi Vilas Bank, Thokkavadi Branch is located within the campus, near the main entrance.  It offers a variety of services to the general public, faculty and staff, and students of KSR College of Engineering.  In addition, the bank provides two ATMs and a Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) to its customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Furthermore, it allows students to pay their college, hostel, and examination fees online.
