Kotturswamy College of Teacher Education at Ballari was set up in 1963 and is a reputed institution carrying the responsibility of producing quality teachers. This co-educational college is at Kappagal Road in Ballari of Karnataka State, with 4-acre campus land for the college. Approved by NCTE for Teacher Education and accredited by NAAC, it is one of the affiliated units of the university dedicated to the cause of providing quality teachers for future generations. There are a total of 185 students taking two courses offered by the institute, with an able faculty strength of thirteen people.
