KLE College of Engineering and Technology, Chikodi (KLECET Chikodi) is known institute which was established in the year 2008. The campus also has comprehensively equipped laboratory for each department to facilitate practical lessons. The college library acts as an information centre that contains books totaling over 20000 volumes besides extending the technological application in an attempt to meet the learning requirements of the learners and the instructors. The institute provides all the necessary courses including 4 undergraduate BE programmes, MBA, B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, and MCA. The above courses are all regular full time programmes with the ability to address market needs. It has the total approved student intake of five hundred thirty throughout all the courses offered, while for BE in computer science and engineering, and MCA courses, the capacity is 120 seats each. Yeah our college is well infrastructured with Green environment all around and rated among top college for cleanliness and green environment and have all the facilities and equipments. Almost all classes have good ventilation and cleanliness is maintained in every classroom and smartboard is present in each and evry class. Wifi is available is both hostel and college. College also has separated hostels for girls and boys which are well facilitated with wardens the food is totally hygienic.

- Boys Hostel
The college has offers an in-campus hostel facility for boys with various facilities. The hostel has a beautifully constructed 3-floor building with a reading room and mess facility. The hostel has 100 rooms with an attached bathroom and toilet facility. Currently, 250 students are staying in a hostel. - Girls Hostel
The College has a hostel facility for Girls with the mission of providing good hostel facilities in a calm and clean environment. Though our hostel students come from different nooks and corners of our country, they feel at home over here. Our hostel instills the supreme human virtues like team spirit, equality, and the art of leadership amongst the students and enables them to become competent Men/women of tomorrow. The hostel system runs under the control of Chief Warden Dr. Sidramappa V. Itti, Principal, and Hostel Wardens Indumati Rao & Laxmi Hanashi. Ladies hostel comprises of Two, 3-floor buildings. The hostel has 2 Wardens who are responsible for the discipline, maintenance of the building, allotment of rooms, etc. The hostel staffs consist of caretakers/ block supervisors, other attendants, and maintenance staff, who look after the maintenance, cleanliness of the hostel premises. Securities working day and night, whose selfless service has immensely helped us to abide by our mission. There is a separate mess located at the hostel premises. HOTEL FACILITIES: The rooms are well furnished and spacious. The hostel has its own indoor games facility. They are provided with well-maintained dining rooms with independent kitchens and hygienic cooking facilities and safe drinking water. They have the required levels of security and are environmentally well placed. The hostel facility is very ideal for pursuing academic goals. All the queries regarding the hostel can be addressed to the wardens.

- Library
The college has Library has a rich stock of books to meet the intellectual and academic needs of both students and staff. The library subscribes to an adequate number of journals and magazines which brings to them the most up-to-date developments in technology along with liberal Arts, Science, and Social Sciences. The institute has well equipped and furnished library with more than 20000 volumes. It has a book lending facility for students. In addition to this, every department has a separate library. A Digital library contains accommodating more than 350 students is being established & will be made available to the students from the academic year 2014-15. The Library has developed an excellent collection of books, journals, and non-book material in Engineering and Technology. It maintains separate collections of Reference Books, journals, Compact Discs, and DVDs. The library is fully computerized by using library management software and all books are bar-coded.

The college has been keen on providing sufficient time and facilities for sports and gymnasium for both Girls and Boys Students. Our College has got a beautiful ground that provides many fields for different Out-door games like – Running Track, Cricket, Football, Basket Ball, Through Ball, Long jump, High jump, Volley Ball, Double Bar kho-kho kabaddi ground our both Girls and Boys Hostels have got with the facilities like indoor games – Carom, Chess, Table-Tennis, Badminton court. In this academic year, our college students had participated in different indoor and outdoor games at different levels. Along with participation, our students have secured many prizes and good places at the College level, State level, and University level.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.
- Auditorium
The college has an Open Amphitheater with a total capacity of around 1200. It is used for celebrating functions like Annual day Gathering, Alumni association function, Cultural Events, and also used to play the movie by college movie club.
- Transport Facility
The college has a fleet of six buses to fulfill the transportation requirements of the students and staff. A dedicated, well-experienced team of eight drivers drives these buses timely to get students to the college and drop them back after college. As per the norms of RTO the buses have been fitted with the GPS (Global Positioning System) to continuously track the vehicle and speed governors to limit the speed of the vehicles. The buses run through the town as per the defined route covering Chikodi town. The regular trips are arranged to get the girl students from the girl's hostel and from the Chikodi bus stand to get from Chikodi town to the campus. All buses were put together to make 60 trips daily bringing in fifteen hundred students to the campus and dropping them back in time. Special trips are arranged on weekends for the hostel students to take them to the town. The buses are also used for industrial visits.

The College has 50 Mbps Internet Leased line connections, locally networked and connected through Wi-Fi. All the Laboratories of the different departments are having Internet facilities connected through intelligent switches. The entire college campus is covered with 6 Wi-Fi Access points to access the Internet and Intranet educational resources. The Wi-Fi facility has been extended to all the hostels connected through Wireless bridges with Fiber optic cable. We are having 6 access points in the Ladies Hostel and 7 in Boys Hostel. With this addition, the college will provide internet and intranet access to all students and staff for an instructional purpose on par with colleges internationally.
