Non-governmental-based scholarship funding mainly comes from generous contributions from our alumni and research institutes, and IIT Bombay is always grateful for search help from society and industry.IIT Bombay Scholarships are offered for both undergraduate and postgraduate students, with certain criteria for sanctioning them. Its best for who love research.College InfraThe campus at IIT Bombay is huge and got modern labs and classrooms. Libraries are full of books and online stuff, high speed internet everywhere. Labs have good equipments for research in computer science. Its nice but sometimes crowded. Hostel rooms are okay, not fancy but clean. Students from all over, make friends easy. Tech fests and sports keep busy. But Mumbai heat and rain can be issue. Overall, exciting place to live.PlacementsFor PhD, no big placement drives like undergrads, but many go to research jobs in companies like Microsoft or Amazon.
