Established in the year 2007, the institute was approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and provides engineering courses on more than 12 acres of campus. Being a small institution, ICCS College boasts a total student enrolment of 95 students and a qualified faculty of 72 faculty members. The college is promoted by the Ernakulathappan Charitable and Education Trust. To meet the needs of students, the college provides an extensive list of amenities for classroom and character building. They include over 6,000 books, reputed subject-specialist and multidisciplinary national and international journals, using barcode technology and a modern computerised management system. For the accommodation of students, the institute has separate hostels for boys and girls. The campus has elaborate laboratory facilities for each department to facilitate practical training for the students. The students engage in indoor games and many activities during the annual sports days; the college offers shuttle badminton and volleyball teams. The IT facilities serve the present learning requirements, along with hygienically serving vegetarian foods in the cafeteria. To the commuters, the college provides buses for eight major routes in the district with policies that include the use of safe and efficient drivers with speed governors.The college offers a total of 10 courses of five full-time B. Tech programmes and five full-time Diploma programmes, all being regular courses offered by ICCS College of Engineering and Management. The institute has an approved total intake of one hundred and eighty for all its programmes. Although the number of students who graduated in the latest year is left unknown, the total enrollment is 95, which is the same as the intake capacity, which means that the university provides students with a quality education and individual approach.The process of admission to ICCS College of Engineering and Management depends mostly on the KEAM – Kerala Engineering Architecture & Medical Examination. This is an entrance exam for students at the state level and the major route through which aspiring students can find themselves in any of the B.Tech programmes offered in the college.
