- Boys Hostel
The college Hostel is available for girls & boys separately inside the HSL Campus. The hostel is fully equipped with high-quality infrastructure, which includes student rooms with facilities, a common room with LCD, Wi-Fi internet facility, well well-maintained hostel mess, etc. In a reflection, the infrastructure is characterized by a lot of open space, warmth, and cheer. In addition free laundry facility is provided for hostellers.
- Girls Hostel
The college Hostel is available for girls & boys separately inside the HSL Campus. The hostel is fully equipped with high-quality infrastructure, which includes student rooms with facilities, a common room with an LCD, Wi-Fi internet facility, well well-maintained hostel mess, etc. In a reflection, the infrastructure is characterized by a lot of open space, warmth, and cheer. In addition free laundry facility is provided for hostellers.
- Wifi
The college has a Wi-Fi facility for the students and staff.
- Library
The college Library has adopted an open access system so as to make it easier for the readers to access the library resources, thereby saving time. The library has a large collection of Law books, Case Law reports, and journals. To assist the students and researchers in locating their desired legal literature and other information, a library automation system has been installed. The Library remains open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on all working days.
- Laboratories
The college has a laboratory facility for the students.
- Moot Court
Moot Court Competitions are the most effective tools in developing advocacy skills and Court drafts among the students. HSL emphasizes upon such competitions for overall development of students. The HSL Moot Court Committee is facilitator of the Moot Court, with eleven regular and co-opted members. Additionally the committee is guided by the faculty co-coordinator and two advisors. The Committee notifies the students of upcoming Moot Court Competitions, conducts qualifying rounds and registers the teams with the organizers.
- Auditorium
The college has a spacious auditorium with a seating capacity of 450. The auditorium is carefully designed and used for lectures, seminars, workshops, conferences, moot courts, and for conducting quizzes, cultural activities, and various other competitions.
- Cafeteria
Canteen services are provided within the campus to all the students. Great furnishing and lip smacking delicacies make popular hangout for students. Proper care is taken on the hygiene and nutrition part while preparing the food by keeping kitchen equipment clean and using fresh seasonable vegetables & fruits. Cafeteria serve as a centre for creative interaction during leisure hours as also rendezvous for residents of hostels
- Medical/Hospital
First aid and elementary medical facilities are available in the hostel through a qualified Doctor. In case of emergency, student is taken to the nearest medical practitioner / hospital for which a van is available 24 hrs. on campus and the local guardian is duly informed. The local guardian will take charge of ward thereafter and all Medical expenses will have to be borne by him. The entire responsibility of treatment will rest with the parent/local guardian/student concerned.
- I.T Infrastructure
The college has a computer lab which is air conditioned and fully equipped with latest configuration. It has more than 200 computers with internet connectivity for the use of the students, teachers and staff working in the Harlal School

The college has a Gym facility for the students.
- Sports
The College has Indoor Sports:-Indoor games/activities like Table Tennis, Chess, Carom, Gymnasium, etc. provided by the institute. Outdoor sports:-The college is having outdoor sports facilities for Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, etc. The spacious grounds of the College are maintained for this purpose.

- Extra Curricular Activities
The student participated in the annual cultural extravaganza knows as "Spriesta" The cultural events included Rangoli Competition, Ad-Mad show, JAM, Group & Solo Instrumental Competition, RJ hunt, Group dance, Theme Play & Fashion Show. The participants enthralled the audience with their performances.The Annual Sports Meet was organized by HIMT Group of Institutions. HSL students, faculty and staff joined ardently in events such as Table Tennis, Badminton, Basketball and Volleyball etc. In addition, various track and field events were also conducted.
