The college has a well-established library, which is extensive, well-ventilated and spacious with comfortable seating arrangements. There are also internet, Wi-Fi and e-journal facilities available. The Library of Govt. College of Nursing, Thrissur is an open-access library spread over an area of 4500 Square feets with a seating capacity for more than 125 students at a time. There are a total of 6310 books including reference and complimentary copies of books. Library subscribes 11 National and 5 International journals and 750 e-journals every year. Proquest and ovid are the data bases using in the library. The library is fully automated using open-source integrated library management software KOHA. Books are properly shelved subject/department wise as per DDC Classification schemes.

The College Ladies hostel can accommodate 250 students with the dwelling area 50 sq.ft for each student. Hostel is a three stored building with spacious nadumuttam suitable for indoor games. Hostel has living rooms, sick rooms, guest rooms, reading rooms and a tailoring unit. Natural resource conservation units like solar paneling, rain water harvesting, biogas plant, steam cooking etc. are installed in the hostel.
- Transport Facility
College of Nursing has its own transport system and the students can avail the facilities. One bus with 46 seats and one omni van with 8 seats are available. Transport facility is extended to both UG & PG students and the staff for attending the clinical facilities, health camps, educational trips and field visits as a part of their academic programs. Garage facility for vehicles is also available.
