Galaxy Degree and PG College, Hyderabad

The Galaxy Degree and PG College is a self financing college started in the year 2011 in the city of Hyderabad of India. This college is located in the culturally rich locality of Shah Ali Banda and is providing various number of undergraduate, PG courses in different fields. The campus of the Galaxy Degree and PG College occupies 1 acre of area and makes study environment comfortable. The institution has a total number of student enrolment of 287 students and there are 9 teaching staffs in the institution. With 14 courses spread across 8 degree programs the college has something to suit all interest, whether arts, commerce, science, nursing or management.

For its part, he college aims at offering the student quality education in a stimulating teaching environment enhanced by sophisticated facilities. One of them is a library on the spacious territory of the campus, which makes students open to knowledge and desired development. In the course of practical education, the college has provided departmental laboratories in which students can practice the concepts they learn . The institution also understands the need to do with regards to health as it avails sports at various centres for use by the students. There also seats in an auditoriumwithin the school compound used in occasions, seminars and cultural activities within the compound giving the school life a beating. The college also ensures students health, it has a health center with first aid provisions. With facilities meeting today’s IT advancements, Galaxy Degree and PG College provides necessary IT facility for equal student engagement in learning.

Galaxy Degree and PG College provides a wide spectrum of courses to meet different careers demand. The institution offers fourteen courses, these are as follows; Undergraduate courses Two Postgraduate courses Undergraduate programs include a Bachelor of Arts (BA), a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com.,) B.Com (Computer Applications,), B.Sc streams in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics, Botany, Zoology, and Chemistry. As for the courses, the college also has some specific ones, B.Sc Nursing, Bachelor of physiotherapy (BPT), Bachelor of Medical Laboratory technology (BMLT). For further learning opportunities postgraduate programs offered by the college are Master of Commerce, Master of Business Administration, Master of Computer Applications.
