DY Patil College of Engineering and Technology, Kolhapur, popularly known as DYPCET Kolhapur, is one of the reputed affiliated Engineering colleges which was established in 1984. College infrastructure is well enough. Each department has there own building. College having high class labs, well furnished classrooms, library havibg more than 50000 books. State of art campus. Lush green garden in middle of the college, beautiful classrooms, state of art laboratories and whole campus is wifi enabled so that the students can enjoy the campus and also study wherever they are inside the campus.
I believe though DY Patil Kolhapur has a greater reputation, you should consider Singhad College of Engineering Pune. The Institute besides having great infrastructure, faculty and other facilities, has a huge locational advantage being located near IT, Industrial and Finance Hubs of Pimpri Chinchwad and Pune and hence, better scope

Teachers are well qualified. Almost all the teachers are Masters in teaching. Teaching quality is nice and they teach each and every concept effectively. Our college is autonomous so cources are design like once you learn this cources you will get industry ready. If you are good in studies then you can pass easily. Exams are at medium level. Passing criteria is to score 40 marks out of 100 in each subject.

College Infrastructure
College infrastructure is well enough. Each department has there own building. College having high class labs, well furnished classrooms, library havibg more than 50000 books. College don't have their hostel facilities. The students who are out of kolhapur they opted for PG rooms or rented house which are available around the college. State of art campus. Lush green garden in middle of the college, beautiful classrooms, state of art laboratories and whole campus is wifi enabled so that the students can enjoy the campus and also study wherever they are inside the campus.
