DHSK Commerce College, Dibrugarh, is one of the premier educational institutions of the state of Assam in India. Affiliated to the Dibrugarh University, the college conducts specialised courses in commerce at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Established in the year 1960, this is a co-educational college that has already got an accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The total number of students in the college at present is 1108. Situated on a compact 0.81-acre campus near Running Shed Gate, Kadamoni, its faculty strength consists of 24 dedicated educators.

The college provides good facilities for the students’ learning environment and other receptive developments. A well stocked library with more than 28485 books, dailies, periodicals and journals richly supports learning. A Digital Library is in the process of formation to further strengthen the information resources of the college. A Girls’ Hostel at Khalihamari, about 1 km from the main campus is available for female students and construction to extend the said hostel is being undertaken. The college has a total of 18 classrooms with six projectors and Wi-Fi-equipped classrooms that allow more than 1,600 students at any one time. Most of the rooms of the college are under the vigilance of CCTV surveillance, including around three-fourths perimeters of the college. Some facilities added are a large auditorium, a clean cafeteria, first-aid facilities, a convenience store for xerox at nominal rates, and many more.
DHSK Commerce College offers two full-time courses that are three-year Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) programs and two-year Master of Commerce (M.Com) programs. Also, the institute gives huge emphasis on quality education in commerce.

- Girls Hostel
The College Girls' Hostel of the College is located at Khalihamari, Dibrugarh at a distance of about 1.00 K.M. from the College. However, the accommodation capacity in the hostel is limited. For admission to the hostel, a candidate should apply formally in the prescribed form made available with the prospectus. Seat allotment is made strictly based on merit and availability of seats. Construction work on the 1st floor of the hostel is going on.
