The College of Engineering Trivandrum established on 3rd July 1939 during the reign of Sri Chithira Thirunal Balarama Varma, is the first engineering college in the erstwhile Travancore State. Initially functioning from the Chief Engineer’s bungalow (now PMG Office) with Maj T.H. Mathewman as its first Principal, the CET Trivandrum began with 21 students each in Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines. It came under the Government of Kerala in the late 1950s with the formation of the Directorate of Technical Education and shifted to its present 125-acre campus in 1960.

The infrastructure of the college is great. The labs and classrooms are well equipped with smmartboards and other needed equipments. We have a main canteen and a separate mess facility available. Our playgrounds are also well maintained and we also have separate courts for football, basketball and other sports.

The infrastructure is top notch with well equipped labs and smart classrooms. The college has a main mess and a canteen. The sports facilities include an indoor court, gym and also courts for volleyball, basketball, football etc.

The infrastructure of the college is great. The labs and classrooms are well equipped with smmartboards and other needed equipments. We have a main canteen and a separate mess facility available. Our playgrounds are also well maintained and we also have separate courts for football, basketball and other sports.
Campus Life
Our campus life is totally amazing. We enjoy all the celebrations and other activities conducted here.
Placements
Our college gets good placement opportunities every year. Major companies like TCS, Infosys, IBM and many more conduct placement drives in our college yearly. Students of all departments receive placement opportunities.

The infrastructure is top notch with well equipped labs and smart classrooms. The college has a main mess and a canteen. The sports facilities include an indoor court, gym and also courts for volleyball, basketball, football etc.
Campus Life
The campus life at CET is amazing. We enjoy our time at the campus, chilling out with our friends and also take short breaks at the canteen. Most of the festivals are celebrated here on a grand scale.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure of the college is great. The labs and classrooms are well equipped with smmartboards and other needed equipments. We have a main canteen and a separate mess facility available. Our playgrounds are also well maintained and we also have separate courts for football, basketball and other sports.
It is a perfect place for every aspiring engineer

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure is top notch with well equipped labs and smart classrooms. The college has a main mess and a canteen. The sports facilities include an indoor court, gym and also courts for volleyball, basketball, football etc.

The college has excellent infrastucure, almost all possible amenities for betterment of students. The college have free WiFi connectivity, well maintained library, gazebo donated by alumini. The living spaces are clean and provides a great ambience.

You can add BSc agriculture as an option in your CET application after your Class 12. The changes can be made during the form correction window.
