Bapatla College of Pharmacy was founded in the year 1995 as a constituent part of the Bapatla Education Society, Bapatla, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh. This is a co-educational affiliated college permitted by the Pharmacy Council of India. The college has been guiding many students towards their career in the field of pharmacy over the past two decades. BCOP sprawls over a campus of 55 acres, providing an idyllic environment that fosters learning and growth. The present student enrolment of the college is 410, fully supported by a faculty of 25 keen professionals. BCOP offers 4 specialised courses in 2 degree programs at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the Pharmaceutical field.

The well-stocked library offers a knowledge centre having access to all relevant pharmaceutical literature and materials of research. For the overall well-being of the students, there is a health centre with first-aid facilities at the college. BCOP has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls looking for accommodation. BCOP offers various programs in the field of pharmacy at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
