- Library
The College has Library facilities that are the heart of any educational institution. Sachdeva College of Pharmacy has a well-organized, ventilated, updated & computerized library and a fully furnished & beautifully illuminated reading room with ample space that attracts students for studying, learning, making notes & assignments, and encourages performing day-to-day activities in a serene environment. The library has around 1600 books of around 320 different titles and 6National & International Journals. It provides easy access to books and journals. The library will be updated every year, and newer journals, books, and abstracts are added to it. This helps the faculty members and all students to keep themselves aware of recent developments in the pharmaceutical sciences. The library is kept open for the students from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm on working days.
- I.T Infrastructure
The Institute will have a Central Computing facility with 40 Computers configured and networked through WIPRO (Core i3 Processor,2 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD). There will be an uninterrupted Internet connectivity of 16 Mbps.
- Laboratories
The College is well equipped with laboratories and equipment to give the students hands-on training in the field of pharmacy. The college has a sufficient number of labs for undergraduate training in all the major areas of pharmacy. The labs are well furnished and designed to permit students ample working space. All security measures have been put in place to assist in case of emergencies. The area of the laboratories complies with AICTE standards. There are 16 laboratories available (excluding an in vitro cell culture lab) with adequate sets of equipment and apparatus, where all the students in a practical class can simultaneously perform the same experiment. A sophisticated instrumentation laboratory with Shimadzu Double Beam UV-Visible Spectrophotometers, FTIR with ATR, Spectrofluorimeter, analytical HPLC, Preparative HPLC, HPTLC, Gas chromatograph, rotary tablet punching machine, Tablet coating machine, Kalweka multi-purpose equipment, Brookfield's Viscometer, Rotary vacuum evaporator, Disintegration, and Dissolution test apparatus are available for teaching and research activities.
