Arifa Institute of Technology, said in short AIT was founded in 2013, an affiliated college sited in Thirukkuvalai, Tamil Nadu. Being a premier AICTE approved institution it aims at offering quality technical education in different branches of engineering. AIT occupies a large piece of land of 10.78 acres and this make it conducive for the growth of the learners. At present, there are 296 students for which the institute has 82 faculties that make the student-educator ratio reasonable and enable the faculty members to focus on individual students and help them train better.

Arifa Institute of Technology has a number of sophisticated facilities to offer that are convenient to facilitate student’s ambiaence. It has well equipped and spacious co-educational hostels for boys and girls with dining facilities within their premises to accommodate one hundred students each. A modern library is designated as the learning resource center which has the collection of technical and numerous articles. For the welfare of the employees under health and wellness, AIT offers the necessities of a first aid and a gymnasium. Internet services: The campus is connected to the internet services through WiFi such that students have the benefit of using internet at all times by all day. Outdoor stadium is planned to be constructed which comprises 200metre track, cricket ground, and other areas for playing kabaddi, volleyball, kho-kho and such sports. The institute also has well equipped laboratories for practicals and canteen facility to provide hygienned and nutritious food during the day.
