Annpurna TT College, Neemkathana, is the eighth specialized teacher training institution in India, established by an Act of NCTE. It offers two main courses- Bachelor of education (B.Ed), and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). D.El.Ed has an authorised intake of 50 students. The admissions to this programme are conducted through the Pre-Teacher Education Test (PTET), sanctioned by the Government of Rajasthan. The PTET is a state-level entrance examination for aspiring teachers of elementary education. Candidates who have completed their higher secondary education (10+2) or equivalent are eligible to apply for the D.El.Ed programme.
