ASA college is spread over 25-acre land with total enroled capacity of 137 students and 18 faculty members.
Anand School of Architecture has developed various resources that are aimed at development of the student academically and socially. There is also provision for separate hostels for boys and girls Each hostel is capable of accommodating about 450 students with facilities. The accommodation for the students is provided in the form of hostel; furthermore, a gym is set up for the same to exercise. Central library. It is house of about 10,000 sq. feet of built up area which also contains an air-conditioned reading hall of 4000 sq. feet. One point to note about ASA’s IT systems is that it has a CADD-Lab that houses 40 systems,.Utilities include UPS, An A1 Size Plotter, and an HP-A4-Size printer. For the improvement of Essential trainings, the college has an audio-visual room and design studios.
Anand School of Architecture only provides one course; the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) course. This course is full time and takes five years with an approved capacity to admit forty candidates. The programme B.Arch is an extensive study of architectural knowledge, strategies and practical skills necessary in the discipline.

- Boys Hostel
Separate hostels for boys are available inside the college campus. The boys have two hostels for UG and PG, which can accommodate about 450 students each with good infrastructure. A college van is available all the time to attend the emergency needs of the hostellers. A well-equipped Gym is established for both the hostel students to develop the physical fitness of the boys. They have facilities for indoor games also. Each hostel is under the care of one Dy. Warden, assisted by 2 assistant Wardens.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. A 5 Mbps VPN bandwidth directly from BSNL under the NME-ICT plan. This makes fast downloading of e-contents from various databases of premier institutions developed under this plan. And some features are as follows, CADD-Lab -With 40 Systems, Supported by UPS, A1 Size Plotter and HP-A4-Size printer. Audio-Visual Room. Design Studios.

The college has a departmental based laboratories facility for the students with Material Museum/Climatology Lab.
- Transport Facility
The college is easily accessible from Adyar, the heart of the City by the State-operated transport buses. In addition, the college owns a fleet of Forty-three buses one Mahindra van, one Tata sumo, and these buses operate along various routes starting from different points in Chennai city covering the entire Chennai Metropolitan as well as suburban areas.
- Cafeteria
The college has a canteen facility for staff and students with food court caters the needs of students during working days (weekdays) as well as weekends. It is SPECKLESS and maintained very well. It provides fresh Snacks, cool drinks, coffee, tea, and other food items supplied in a hygienic, healthy way to suit the pockets of the students.
- Medical/Hospital
The college takes special care of students' health. It has a health center with all facilities inside the campus and a well-experienced physician takes care of this. Moreover, it is located near Chettinad Hospital. ASA medical service vehicle is at a ready position around the clock. Dr. Viji Vasudev attends almost all the students. She attends to the ailment of the students and administers treatment to them. After treatment, if they need rest, facilities are offered separately for boys and girls. In case of any serious ailment, the students are taken to the nearest hospital by College vehicle for treatment.
- Convenience Store
The college has the convenience store facility for students with all essential things related to theory and practical classes are available here. A selection of cool drinks and snacks item is available at a particular time. And a Photocopy Shop which is located at the entrance of the college campus. It opens from the morning to evening and it costs lower prices to the students for photocopying than the other shops. The stationary shop is also located near to the photocopy shop.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.
- Sports
The college has sports facilities for all students with Indoor sports facilities for Table Tennis, Chess etc. and outdoor sports facilities for Volleyball, Basketball, Kabadi and Cricket etc.,
- Banks/ATMs
Within the premises, ASA is provided with Indian Bank that saves time and energy for students. Automated Teller Machine (ATM) which is part of the Indian Bank is located near the bank. HDFC Bank, State Bank of India ATMs are also available just the entrance of the college.
- Guest Room/Waiting Room
The college has a guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
