The hostels have spacious rooms and Mess halls. Separate facilities for studying are provided in both the hostels. The college campus has a well-equipped Medical center to provide first aid and prompt medical care. First Aid facility is available in colleges and buses as well.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The library is the ‘Heart’ of the Institute. Teaching and learning systems are supported by it, through reading material. It is well-equipped in terms of reference books, textbooks, back volumes, journals, periodicals, newspapers, etc. It is situated in the main building of the Institute. In-library we use the D.D.C. classification system and books are arranged according to this system. It has a spacious reading hall, periodical center, group discussion room, and online database browsing area. The library has more than books covering all disciplines of Science, Engineering, and Technology. At present library is subscribing to nationally reputed journals and magazines in the field of Engineering. It also possesses a good collection of CDs and DVDs. Its operations are fully automated using the e-Granthalaya library system. The library is also a member of the developing library network (DELNET) for sharing the resources among its members of libraries. All activities of the library and information center are computerized, including bar-coded ID cards and separate Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) terminals to know the status of books at any time. It is kept open from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm on weekdays. The library is committed to continually developing and improving all our services, especially for those groups with special requirements. They make every effort to provide practical assistance to any student with a disability.

To achieve a healthier lifestyle while coping with the pressures of studying, one needs to be healthy both emotionally and physically. As a part of this process, ACEM emphasizes the importance of sports and considers them as an integral part of the curriculum. ACEM has several centers for physical education and sports activities that help the students to maintain fitness and develop a competitive spirit. It has numerous outdoor playgrounds and indoor courts.

IT Services brings together the central computing support services in the University. Collectively they constitute a major resource for the support of teaching, research, and administration. The purpose of IT Services is to create a digital campus in which students and staff can be as creative and productive as possible as they learn, teach, undertake research, and run the organization. IT underpins day-to-day life across the Institute. IT Services provide the foundational infrastructure to support network access, email, and other key activities.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The college has a Seminar Hall in College is fully equipped with Air-Conditioned, Adequate Lighting Arrangements, a Proper Presentation Screen, WiFi Connectivity, a Wireless Microphone (Mic), and other Sound Arrangements, and Wireless Presentation Devices. All of these are used not only by the professors and the students of the Campus but also by the external persons who come to give motivational lectures/academic presentations in the college.

ACEM owns a fleet of transport buses that pick up and drop off students from different places. Transport facility is allotted on an annual basis for students admitted for regular programs for the duration of the regular academic sessions. Transport facility is allotted on a First Come First Serve basis. Routes and pick-up points are indicative and are subject to change from time to time. Transport facility is provided till the end of the regular academic session including regular exams. Normally timings for the college Bus to arrive at the Campus will be 8:45 a.m. and departure at 4:30 p.m.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.

As B. Tech courses are laboratory intensive, a major thrust is given to develop laboratories with top-of-the-line machines. We have well-equipped Applied Science Labs and Departmental Specialized Labs. Moreover, existing laboratories are regularly updated to meet the course contents and research needs. Today we have the finest quality equipment to meet the total requirements of the students, faculty, and research scholars and of the industry. Spacious full-fledged labs are functioning under the various departments.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

A Classroom is a set of knowledge in an educational institute and therefore it must possess an atmosphere that may instill positive thinking in a student. We are proud to provide our students with such kind of healthy environment in the classrooms that are spacious, airy, and well equipped with the latest gadgets like LCD projectors, and white/black boards that kindle a desire to learn more. A classroom reflects the aim and objective of an institute which is to impart knowledge, more knowledge, and knowledge made perfect.

Placement cell is the central department of Anand College of Engineering & Management. It is an intermediate between the corporate world and the college. MrsBarjinderKaur, Head of Training & Placement Cell provides the budding students guidance in their choice of career by creating access to employers and generating ample opportunities for placements. She does not leave any stone unturned to provide better career options to the students of the college.

The college has club facilities for all students.

The National Service Scheme (NSS) was started to establish a meaningful linkage between the campus and the community. Therefore, student youth, teachers, and the community are considered the three basic components of the National Service Scheme.
