AECS Maaruti College of Dental Sciences and Research Centre popularly known as AECS is one of the leading dental college established in the year 1992 is located at Bangalore, Karnataka. The campus includes boys and girls’ hostels with hostel mess that serves hygienically prepared vegetarian diets. For postgraduate level, the college has provided different faculties of Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) which are Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics, Paedodontics and Preventive Dentistry, Crown and Bridge Prosthodontics and many more. These MDS programmes are generally small, and each year admit 4 to 6 students in order to provide specialisation in different area of dentistry.

- Boys Hostel
The college has a separate boys' hostel with mess facilities. The hostels are located inside the campus for the safety of the students and the mess is hygienically maintained to serve healthy and tasty vegetarian food.

The college has a spacious and well-stocked library. The computerized library with Internet facilities and CD-ROMS on dental topics, lectures of eminent doctors, reports of diagnoses, and discoveries make information available at the fingertips of the students. There is a complete stock of international journals on dentistry and dental newsletters.
- Laboratories
The modern laboratory with sophisticated equipment for clinical, pre-clinical, and basic sciences makes learning a pleasure. Students can use the laboratory facilities to work on their own projects. There is a fully functional outpatient department with 20 units for the benefit of the students. State-of-the-art equipment such as Intra Oral Camera, Radio Visual Graphy, Orthopantomograph gives the students a feel of dentistry as they enter the portals of clinical learning.
