The college has completely furnished hostel accommodation for the boys. Exclusively, hostels are provided for men that can accommodate about 800 students. The Boys' Hostel for Diploma students has more than 90 rooms spread over three floors and accommodates about 450 students. The Boys' Hostel for B.Tech/Degree students has 80 rooms and accommodates 320 students. All the rooms have attached bathrooms. There is a 24-hour water and electricity supply.

The college has an Information Center that is the backbone of the academic and research activities of the institute and has been catering to the information needs of the faculty members, students, staff, and research scholars. The library is well connected to the internet to facilitate access to online national and international journals, magazines, reports, and projects. It has an air-conditioned library center with a large number of books along with a number of Indian, and foreign journals and an extensive collection of reports and projects. The library information system which operates through OPAC contains a record of all books and journals. It has online subscriptions to various journal resources. These resources are available to students and faculty for research and coursework. The library also subscribes to compendiums, directories, yearbooks, and CD-ROMS. Digital resources on many subjects are made accessible through Libsys Software in the Library.

The college provides an environment for the students to develop their personality and good health. All facilities are available for indoor and outdoor sports. The institute organizes Yoga and meditation sessions for stress release and good health. There is a Sports Centre, functioning to ensure the needs of sports activities of all the Institutes in the educational complex. A large playground on the campus is well-equipped for cricket, hockey, football, basketball, and other Indian games.

The college has lab remains open for the students during college hours. All the computers are loaded with the original Windows operating system. At ACE we feel the need to improve the communication skill and student-teacher interaction in the teaching and learning process. For the facilitation of the lab, there is the provision of furnished and Clear English Communicative Software.

The college has Canteens and cafeterias are one of the important parts of student life where you can find most of the students chatting and gossiping about different topics. It plays a vital role in removing tensions and refreshing students. The college canteen is fairly new and provides enough delicious food at affordable rates. Adarsha College of Engineering has the facility of spacious, clean, and hygienic canteens and cafeterias that cater to the taste of all students. Canteens can conveniently accommodate 250 students at a time. The College has 14 canteens and one cafeteria inside the campus in which a variety of dishes are available at most nominal rates. The canteens and cafeteria remain open on all working days. It provides all types of nutritious and hygienic eatables and beverages to cater to the students, staff, and visitors. One can enjoy delicious food at a very reasonable price. We have exclusively added an ice cream parlor, a store of Monginis, and some coffee points to our facility within the campus of the engineering college that is open from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. daily. You can easily get various types of eateries from local food to various fast foods. In the morning you can start your day with a sip of tea and some eatables. For lunch, we offer all varieties of rice, chapatti, paratha, etc. In the evening you can have light snacks to sandwiches, patties, cakes, samosa, idli, vada and much more. All bakery items such as cakes, pieces of bread, puffs, cream buns, and patties are available throughout the day. All the canteens, cafeterias, and various food points have strict instructions from the college management to serve the food for the students at a very reasonable price. You can have your normal veg. lunch and dinner at Rs. 25 only (rice/roti, dal, sabzi, papad, chat). The college does not charge any food expenses to students; they have to pay only for meals when they are having them. We have always tried to serve the students the best food at the cheapest rate.

The college has a transport department that functions in the college to provide transport facilities to students and staff from various places. The college provides transport facilities for staff and students through the fleet of 21 buses owned by the college and plying between the city and the college. Transportation facility is available for Angul, Nalco, Banarpal, Gudiaketani, Talcher town, Bhushan, Jindal, IGIT, Panjang, MCL, Dera, Balanda, etc. The college transport department provides punctual service, besides ensuring safety and security to the students. This service is offered to ensure hassle-free and safe transportation. The college is presently using 21 buses, owned by “ADARSH GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS”.
