What You Will Be Doing

  • 1. Identify and generate business from existing or new accounts, achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
  • 2. Make calls daily and fix appointments with clients. Making telephonic or Zoom calls with clients and doing lead generation for the assigned product / service.
  • 3. Have a minimum talk time of 1.5 to 2 hrs every day, 1-2 meetings per day.
  • 4. Maintain complete information about each conversation, completing lead report sheet, and send day’s report to operations head.
  • 5. Convert leads into business. Negotiate and close long-term agreements with new clients in the assigned territory.
  • 6. Proactively drive brand recall across all client segments—existing, new, and prospective—by implementing strategies like creating targeted broadcast lists, distributing promotional content, and engaging clients.
  • 7. After-sales calls to assess satisfaction and resolve any technical or service concerns. Ensure the clients complete documentation formalities and make the committed payment.
  • 8. Build and strengthen relationships with clients by making referral calls, requesting reviews and feedback, and continually increasing their engagement with our brand.
  • 9. Coordinate client visits online or to our office/branch office.
  • 10. Prepare weekly & monthly reports and analyse sales trends.
  • 11. Attend trainings and learn about the products assigned. Stay updated on industry-related notifications.
